Job Description:
We are looking to hire a talented Intermediate Architect with the ability to be deeply involved in all phases of design work, as well as excellent conceptual design talent and knowledge of architectural details and materials. To ensure success as an architect, you should have passion for architecture and pursuit of design details.
Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or above, at least 3 years of experience (experience in the world well-known architectural firms preferred) ;
• Excellent concept and design development ability;
• Strong PowerPoint and Adobe CS knowledge;
• Advanced knowledge of drafting and modeling software including Rhino, AutoCAD and Revit;
• A collaborative team player;
• At least one medium-sized and above mixed-use, cultural and public category project under construction or completed;
• Portfolio of excellent design. Candidates who have studied abroad preferred.
