China Pavilion of International Horticultural Exposition

Facing the challenge of globalization, China has not only created the prosperity of economy, but also innovated the development mode with distinctive traditional cultural concept, and has formed the balance and opened a new dialogue between Eastern and Western cultures. The China Pavilion is designed exactly under such an overall situation, and based on the mountain contour lines in the natural environment and roof slope lines in countryside, a contemporary art modelling evolution method is applied to create a stereoscopic garden and generate a traditional and modern architectural image, which represents a magnificent “Chinese Atmosphere” while interpreting the “Nature Imitation” of Chinese traditional culture.
